I used to Google the moon phases on such a regular basis, that I created myself a little reference for my fridge. I can't live without one now!

These cheerful little reference cards are great to tuck into envelopes along with Christmas/birthday cards or even to 'zhuzh' up the front of a brown paper wrapped gift.
